Examples:
1. A cargo is something carried from one place to another by ship or plane.
= A cargo is something which is carried from one place to another by ship or plane.

The adjective clause describes the noun.

In a clause, connective+be can be omitted.
2. He sat on a chair with a name written in gold.
= He sat on a chair with a name that was written in gold.

that+was can be omitted.
3. She’s a skillful hair dresser trained by Sam.
= She’s a skillful hair dresser who was trained by Sam.

Key Point:
clause= (connective + sentence) or (connective + be +…….)
In a clause, connective+be can be omitted.
