Examples:

1.     The man who talked on the phone is my father.

= The man talking on the phone is my father.

2.     Don’t touch the dog that stands at the door.

= Don’t touch the dog standing at the door. 

conàthat       Vàstands         Vingàstanding

3.     Look at the tire which just came off the car.

= Look at the tire just coming off the car.

conàwhich          Vàcame           Vingàcoming

Key Point:

In a clause (子句), the con+V can be replaced with Ving.
